Things Loose & Lyrical

In 2013 I wrote and illustrated a book titled Goodbye Coyote. Because Goodbye Coyote was an extremely personal story I decided to work in a completely free manner. The resulting paintings where looser and more lyrical in feel than anything I’ve ever done before. I self-published Goodbye Coyote and have been donating the profits to The Catherine Violet Hubbard Foundation. Since then I’ve continued to explore this direction in painting while also continuing to work in my more established style. This page is a place to show some of the results of this exploration.
